Head of School's Message
Dear Parents and Carers,

We are excited to share the wonderful work happening at Oxhey Nursery in collaboration with our community. This week, our Sustainability Champion and volunteer, Aeisha, tirelessly revitalized our garden by weeding and replanting flowers for the children to enjoy. The children have eagerly participated in planting and watering these new additions, nurturing their growing areas.

We are incredibly grateful to a generous local resident, Jim, who regularly donates plants to Oxhey. This act of kindness enriches our environment and fosters a sense of community spirit.
Working alongside our community not only enhances our nursery but also instills values of collaboration and appreciation in our children.
Thank you for your continued support!

Eid - we extend our warmest wishes to all our families celebrating Eid today. May this festival bring happiness, prosperity, and peace to your hearts and homes.

Success Story of the Week!
Dear Parents,
We're thrilled to share that our Nursery children, who are preparing for Reception in September, are embarking on an exciting journey into phonics.
They are enthusiastically exploring mark-making for graphemes (what the sound looks - the letter) and recognizing phonemes (the sound the grapheme makes).
This foundational step in their literacy journey is met with joy and curiosity. It's wonderful to see them embrace each new phase with enthusiasm, setting a strong foundation for their future learning.
